Smoked Wild Alaska Salmon Bagels with Cream Cheese & Chives

Ready in 5 minutes

Serves 1

Slice a plain, wholemeal or sesame bagel in two, then lightly toast the cut sides. Spread with a generous amount of cream cheese - choose one flavoured with onion and chives or garlic and herbs if you like. Add a few slices of Alaska wild smoked salmon, snip some fresh chives, parsley or coriander over the top, then season with freshly ground black pepper and eat at once.
