Slices of wild Alaska smoked salmon
1 ripe avocado
Juice of lemon or lime
2 crusty slices of fresh farmhouse loaf
A few rocket leaves or watercress sprigs
salt and freshly ground black pepper
* Mash the avocado with a few drops of lemon or lime juice and a little salt and black pepper
* Spread the avocado mixture over 2 crusty slices of fresh farmhouse loaf. Add a few rocket leaves or watercress sprigs and fold on top generous slices of wild Alaska smoked salmon
* Grind over some extra black pepper and sprinkle with a squeeze of lemon or lime and serve
